Mar 7    Lego Club - Taber Public Library
Join us twice a month on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm for Lego Club! Lego Club is for grades 1 - 9 to come build a Lego creation using Taber Public Library's bricks and pieces. Once you're done we'll put your creation on display!

Mar 8    Leisure in Dementia Care Video Conference - Taber Public Library
This video conference is for people and families who deal with parents or clients with dementia. From 2:30 to approximately 4:30 pm in the Program Room. Learn what dementia is, what makes a meaningful activity, how to cope with stress and grief and find out community resources and supports. Presented by Alberta Health Services.

Mar 9    Treaty 7 Blanket Exercise
Pre-registration required. This program is open to those 14 years old and up, to learn how the Indigenous people were treated historically through a very unique approach. Please bring a small blanket. The program is approximately 3 hours long, with time for questions at the end. Pre-registration is required by Thursday, March 8, 2018. Mar 20    Effects of the Waterton Lakes Wildfire Video Conference - Taber Public Library
Scott Murphy, Fire Management Officer for Waterton Lakes National Park, will speak on his role in the park, the effect wildfire has had on the wildlife in the park, and the underlying positives that may come with a wildfire.
